Mr. Norberg co-founded Aegis Retirement Partners, LLC in January 2017. He has 27 years of experience working in the qualified plan marketplace. His areas of expertise include 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), defined benefit pension plans and non-qualified deferred compensation programs. Mr. Norberg works closely with his clients to customize plans that work for Plan sponsor and participants alike. He serves as a participating member of his client’s investment committees in a Fiduciary capacity specifically as an ERISA 3(21) Fiduciary. He regularly coordinates retirement planning and investment educational sessions to ensure that Plan Participants understand how to prepare for retirement. Mr. Norberg holds FINRA Series 7, 6, 65 and 63 registrations and has earned professional designations from fi360 including Accredited Independent Fiduciary. Mr. Norberg is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Mr. Norberg received a Bachelors degree from Syracuse and majors in Economics and Political Science.
When he’s not working for his clients Doug and his wife Meg are usually chasing their three sons around the white mountains with hiking packs on their backs, or skis on their feet, or both!
