Chris Silva

    Chris comes to Aegis Retirement Partners with over 7 years of experience in the retirement sector. He began as an EDI associate handling payroll and loan files, working directly with clients to ensure a smooth running process. He then moved to a Trade Support Analyst position where he quickly advanced to a Senior Trade Support Analyst position, working with numerous platforms and vendors to reconcile, review and resolve all elements associated with retirement plan trading.

    After achieving his Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), he moved to the role of Retirement Account Manger building upon all of his previous experience. In this role he guided clients through the complex rules and regulations that come with sponsoring a retirement plan.

    Chris holds a B.S. in Business Management and Administration and a B.S. in Marketing with minor degrees in psychology and biology from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell. He is currently studying to obtain his Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation from ASPPA.

    When he is not working or studying, he enjoys swimming as part of a Masters club, working on cars and taking his dog Percy for long walks with his wife Rebecca in Townsend MA.
